Our properties are available off the shelf, and are built to the highest quality design, construction, finish and technology standards. We have a range of imaginative house designs to choose from, which you can vary to suit your needs. Alternatively, you can create your own design from scratch in conjunction with our resident architect.

Our timber framed homes are made with wood from sustainable forests and the design is optimised for environmentally friendly use.

Style and space -
With timber exteriors, extensive use of glass and slate roofs, the three or four bedroom properties are a generous 1800 - 2200 sq ft in size. Spacious open plan lounge and dining areas incorporate wood burners where possible, and the bedrooms usually have with their own en-suite bathrooms. The kitchens and bathrooms are finished to an exceptionally high standard and are available in a choice of designs and styles, or bespoke to your specific requirements.
